The worlds best bungy jump and the most amazing experience of your life!
The view from Africa’s highest bridge captures all the majesty and tranquility of the Bloukrans River valley. Your experience starts with a zipline out to the to top of the bridge arch. The bungy jump makes use of a pendulum system to ensure the smoothest, most comfortable bungee jump possible. After the initial freefall, you are pulled into a giant pendulum motion and then into the big rebound.
Jumpers are secured in a full-body harness combined with a separate ankle connection to the bungy cord. For the last 25 years we have kept all our jumpers safe and secure.

Photo and video footage is available for viewing and purchase in our retail shop after your jump. (All digital products are sent via SMS and email which you can instantly download).

The Skywalk Tour is designed to cater to everyone.
The SkyWalk is an opportunity to experience more about of the bungy jumping operation and learn about the construction of the bridge.
The SkyWalk starts with some general information and an awe inspiring view of the Bloukrans River Gorge and the massive expanse of the arch Bridge where the Bungy takes place.
The tour then moves to the museum. Here you will learn more about the history of Bloukrans Bungy jumping operation and its influence on Bungy jumping in Southern Africa. We also delve into the amazing engineering used to build this mega structure.
Included in the tour is the exhilarating experience of walking on the suspended walkway 216 meters above the Bloukrans River. It is bolted to the underside of the road deck and leads out to the top of the arch where the bungy jumping takes place.
For those brave enough we offer an optional “lean out”. This entails having a full body harness fitted, connecting to two safety lines and stepping up to the edge of the bridge. Whilst secured to the safety lines, you get the chance to lean out over the edge.

What a lovely experience, after completing the sky walk, I am more than confident to return to do the bungy. The views are spectacular and the experience is thrilling however enjoyable. The staff are inviting, vibey and extremely professional. My partner and I felt very safe in their hands, my partner did the bungy. My daughter and I both had a different activity. While she took all her nerves together and made the jump, I did the Skywalk. I used to work on huge heights so know about the safety regulations. I must say the staff at Bloukrans is very professional using the required four eyes principle to check all the safety gear when you are strapped in. It gives an absolute feeling that things are under control and safe. The Skywalk might for some be a fear as well as it is a long way looking down in the canyon to the river while just hanging over the edge. It was a unique, great experience even without bungee jumping. Safety was extremely important. Every attachment to the safety belt was checked and confirmed by two different people without exception.
