Cancellation Policy:
We have a strict NO refund policy
In the event of rescheduling, the trail needs to be rescheduled at least 48 hours prior.
In the event of stormy weather, the trail will be moved to a mutually convenient time.

Terms and Conditions
Please be at the yard at least 15 minutes before your riding time as we leave promptly at the allocated time. If you are late the ride will still return at the scheduled time and will be cut short.
If you are more than 15 minutes late then your ride will be canceled and no refund is given.
There is a weight restriction of 90kg and we do need to know your heights, weights and riding experience to select suitable horses for you.
Our trail ride prices are the same for both adults and children as the horses still do the same work.
