Service Terms and Conditions

- Timings are approximate and may change without notice. They may be affected by road conditions, wildlife sightings, weather, tide times or any other circumstance beyond our control.
- Wildlife tours are viewing wild animals in their natural habitats therefore no sightings are guaranteed. No refunds will be offered in the event of scarce sightings.
- If there is anything you need clarifying please contact us before booking.
- If you choose a catered meal option, it is your responsibility to provide us with any dietary requirements, allergies or specific requests at least 72 hours before the commencement of the tour. We accept no liability in the event of undisclosed dietary needs and subsequent issues.
- All prices quoted are correct at the time of booking. Any customisation, amendments or omittance may result in additional fees being charged.

Cancellations:
Cancellations over 10 days of the tour date will be cancelled with no penalty.
Cancellations between 7-10 days will incur non-refundable penalties such as any administration fees, entrance fees and pre-booked activities.
Cancellations under 7 days will incur non-refundable penalties for administration fees, entrance fees, catering, and 3rd party supplier activities.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour date will incur a 75% penalty.
Where possible an alternative tour date will be offered before a refund will be issued.

Payment for the tour acknowledges our terms and conditions and is final.
