This fun & easy experience is accessible to anyone, young or old & who is able to swim, making this a great activity for the whole family.
The shallow, sheltered areas close to the beach have small outcrops that attracts a variety of marine life including fish, octopus & rays.
DURATION & WHAT TO EXPECT:
1 – 1 ½ hours
On arrival at our dive centre, you will be met by our qualified guide who will assist in issuing you with the snorkeling equipment & brief you on the snorkeling excursion. It is then only a short walk to the water’s edge.
WHERE TO MEET:
Please drive straight to the Beacon Island Hotel Main Entrance. Park outside & follow our signs on the walkway to the left of the boom gate. We are INSIDE the Beacon Island Hotel complex, next to the volleyball courts. If you need any further directions please ask the security.
MEETING TIME:
The time advertised is the latest meeting time.
A very nice experience, I was the only person on that activity and despite a wavy weather, they went all the way to make it the best. Though the reef is not too beautiful, too sad I couldn't swim with seals (it wasn't happening that day) - if you have a chance better choose that activity. Still, we swam with dolphins and I got many nice underwater photos ? - Natalia

My wife and I did the guided snorkeling. And it was awesome. Saw loads and loads of fish. Saw a stringray which was amazing to see too. Between that and how awesome the people are made the experience awesome. - James
