We had the absolute best time on the full day safari. The closed vehicle ended up being the optimal choice for a rainy day. Somehow our guide was still able to provide a braai lunch even in the rain! We saw so much wildlife. The pick up and drop off experience right at our front door really made this an easy day out. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. It was an unforgettable day! - Susan
We did the full-day tour with guide Gibson. The weather was splendid (ok, not much Crisscross can do about this ;-)) Fortunately, we were only 4 people in the vehicle. We started with a tour through the northern part of the park and saw already the usual suspects: warthog, zebra, kudu, and then the first elephants crossed the road close to our vehicle. The elevenses (coffee, tea, cold drinks and cookies) were served at a scenic lookout with a beautiful view. Then lunch, a Braai, prepared by Gibson and a colleague, at the picnic area. Besides the various tasty meet there was a vegetarian option, also very good. Then we continued to the south and saw elephants in abundance: At a waterhole, next to the road, crossing the road, big ones, smaller ones ... you name it, we had it :-) As the icing on the cake in the last group of elephants we saw there was a baby elephant, probably not older than a week or so. Gibson was very knowledgeable and explained everything we saw / he saw and answered all our questions. And he knew where to find the elephants! We returned after a long day full of impressions happy and satisfied. So: a 5* rating without any constraints! - Gabriele
Our guide was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our tour! - Emily
Our day safari in February 2O24 was an unforgettable experience. We were amazed by the huge number and variety of wilde animals. The knowledge of our dedicated guide Steven and his keen eye for the bush were great. Cold drinks and a braii were well provided. - Werner
It was in one word GREAT !!! - Diana
