This ticket is for a solo rider and passengers are aged between 3 and 9 years old.
Scootours is an unique and true forest experience. Enjoy an exhilarating downhill on the Monster Mountain Scooter, descent through indigenous forest, sweepy bends and single track. A scenic minibus ride takes you into the heart of the forest to the best hills to start your descent in the Knysna Forests. All of this while on the lookout for the our local wild life, the majestic Knysna Loerie, the shy bushbuck and wild boar.
Scooters are non motorized making this the ideal eco friendly activity.
These Swiss designed scooters are used in the Alps during the summer season on the ski slopes when the snow is gone. All trips are guided by professional qualified guides. All scooters can handle one adult with a child passenger.

We had a great time on the Scootour - well run and good fun! Equipment was all in good condition and safe riding was definitely a priority! Clear instruction and sensible rules made this enjoyable and fun! Sun took a day off when we did this - but we had a blast even though we needed a good shower at the end - but then mud or dust, a shower would probably be called for regardless! This is a really cool, unique trip and a great way to do a short explore of the surrounding Knysna forests. Both our guide and driver were a good laugh, and very knowledgeable of the forest and surrounding area. You obviously have to pay attention to what you're doing with the bike, so it is not a relaxing lazy trip through the forest where you can look around. Perhaps a bit on the short side, but overall would recommend. - Stuart
